#87 was on defense blocking a player on offense on the end of the line of scrimmage. While the two players were engaged, #87 starting punching the offensive player in the face mask, I saw a total of three punches to the face mask. I threw my flag when I saw it happening, went and reported it to the Referee (Mark Durfey) told him what happened and we both decided to eject him. Also Mark Bowers witnessed the incident. The offensive player wasn't doing anything to provoke #87 to warrant being punched in the face mask. |
