With about 3:30 left in the 4th quarter, #00 of DRA and #42 of PHS were both attempting to get a rebound. They both had their hands on the ball. I blew my whistle to call a held ball. As the players were separating #00 swung his right arm at #42's head. The swing did not make contact. I blew my whistle and signaled a technical foul followed by an ejection motion. I conferenced with my partner (Travis Roberts) that he had seen a definite swing as well. I reported the foul to the table as a flagrant technical foul. This was #00's fifth foul. We then administered the free throws for the foul. |
