Monique Hernandez September 13 Maeser Prep Min 28, Maeser Prep player Monique Hernandez (#18) was sent off for Denying an Obvious Goal Scoring Opportunity by stopping the ball with her hands while standing on the goal line inside the mouth of the goal. The ball was moving towards the goal at the time.
Matthew Holt May 17 Skyridge Min 83 (3 minutes into the 1st overtime period), Skyridge player Matthew Holt (#23) was disqualified Serious Foul Player for kicking the Skyline player in the right calf when trying to kick the ball that was in front of the Skyline player. During the follow through Matthew Holt landed on the Skyline player's left lower leg twisting his leg at a dangerous angle. I was about 5 yards from the foul behind the play that occurred just inside the Skyline Penalty Area.
Nate Wixom May 17 Skyline Min 89 (9 minutes into the 1st overtime period), Skyline player Nate Wixom (#7) was disqualified for Violent Conduct for deliberating kicking Skyridge player Paiden Mecham (#10) after the ball left the area. The AR Dennis Dickson witnessed the kick that occurred with 5 yards of where he was standing.
Jaden Powell April 27 Bingham Min 76, Bingham player Jaden Powell (#19) was dismissed for receiving a 2nd caution in the same game. The caution was issued for Unsporting Conduct for a Reckless Charge that undercut the Pleasent Grove player while he was in the air attempting the Head the ball.
Jake Babcock May 04 Brighton Min 39, Brighton player Jake Babcock (#11) was dismissed for Violent Conduct for threatening to throw the ball at a Timpview player who was trying to retrieve the ball for a Direct Free Kick awarded to Timpview. The foul that preceded the dismissal was caused by #11 for holding the Timpview player to the ground after both players failed to play the ball.
Sam Curtis May 08 Maple Mountain Min 62 (18 minutes left in the 2nd half), Maple Mountain player Sam Curtis (#3) was dismissed for Language. When he was asked to substitute after receiving the caution described above, he uttered "That's Fucking Bullshit" that was heard by a number of players and myself.
