Serious Foul Play for retaliation. Juan Diego #4 was beat by Logan #10 and he held him to slow him down. Logan #10 tried to break away and then threw his elbow back and struck Juan Diego player in the neck and chin area. Juan Diego player #4 was cautioned for a Tactical foul and Logan #10 was ejected for serious foul play. The striking was borderline Violent Conduct. |

This Player received a Yellow in the first half for Unsporting behavior for hard foul. Second Yellow was issued in the second half. I called a foul against a player from Ridgeline on the field. A Logan player not liking this action foul this player . Yelling and pushing ensued with alot of players. Hamed Dosso left the beach area onto the field. He was issued his second Yellow resulting in his Red Card. |

A Ridgeline player fouled a Logan player on the far side of field from the coaches and bench players. I blew the whistle and made the call. I was moving closer to these players to make placement for a restart. Just as I started to move Juan Lopez decided he did not like how his team mate was fouled and ran with both arms up with his forearms and body checked the Ridgeline player sending him hard to the turf. All chaos broke out. Players yelling, pushing very confusing situation. My assistant referee by the coaches, Paul Gutke was able to contain the benches and stop players and coaches from running across the field in to the mess. After every one cooled down and players removed to group with their teams. Four cards were issued. The other assistant referee Aubrey Simcox was kind of over whelmed by the intensity of the game and dazed by the whole thing after this happened. Ridgeline was playing for the region championship. Logan was playing for pride and did not want to lose to them. The game was able to be completed with about 12 minutes left in the game with only one more Yellow issued to a Ridgeline player for unsporting behavior. Ridgeline won the game two goals to Logans one. |

Rogelio Gonzalez (Logan) was dismissed in the 63rd minute of the JV game at Bear River HS. The red card came after he was shown a second yellow card for Failing to Respect a Distance. Standing just three yards from a Bear River free kick he threw his leg out to block the ball and deny Bear River from taking the quick free kick.
He had previously been cautioned in the 35th minute of the first half for Unsporting Conduct. He deliberately tried to illegally break up a promising attack for Bear River. I was able to play an advantage but I came back at the next dead ball situation to yellow card him for his tactical foul. |

In the 3rd Quarter, with about 3:00 minutes left in the quarter, there was a fumble committed by Mountain Crest and #4 tried to drive in an attempt to secure possession of the fumble but was unsuccessful. He then threw 3 to 4 punches as witnessed by the Umpire (Michael Tate) and Line Judge (Cody Law). #6 from Mountain Crest then drove in and committed a late hit on #4 from Logan. #58 from Logan then committed a late hit on on #6 from Mountain Crest. The officiating crew closed quickly to break up the situation and separated the players. #6 from Mountain Crest and #58 from Logan did not throw any punches. However both players escalated the situation. Three Dead Ball Personal fouls were were issued and marked off in order of their occurrence. #4 was ejected from the game. When reporting it to the Head Coach of Logan he replied that "we had been screwing him all night". I told him not to go there and explained the situation to him. I then reported the penalties and resumed play. Two dead ball personal fouls were called on Logan and one on Mountain Crest. Mountain Crest had a sizable lead when then incident occurred. This concludes my report. |

Back-to-back Unsportsmanlike Conduct fouls. Logan #5 became very angry at HL (Scott Kibler) after Mr. Kibler issued stern verbal warning on player's tackle, and suddenly proceeded to yell profanities ("F-you") repeatedly (about 10 times). Teammates tried to settle him down: after about the sixth time he was flagged a second time. Note: during the entire game player was very aggressive and was warned at least twice for being very close to committing a personal foul, and was once flagged for roughing the passer. |

Coach was belittling us(referees) and came out to half-court. First technical was given here. He continued to talk, and follow after I tried to walk away. He then got his second and was ejected. |
