During the Varsity and JV game he continually used abusive and inappropriate language to both referees. As the JV game progressed, his volatility increased to a level that was out of control. I have never reffed one of his games, but I was later informed that this is just the way he is. In my opinion, his behavior and language was uncalled for on the soccer field. |

Two players from opposing teams were battling for the ball and pulling each others shirts. The ball goes out of bounds and I elected to go with a throw-in rather than a foul since both players were equally holding each other. The Ogden player involved in the play looked at me and asked for a foul since the ball went off of him. I tell him you both were equally holding, he nods his head in agreement and turns to continue playing.
Before the throw in Ogden player Bryan Valance-Perez runs from 20 yards away and starts yelling at me insisting I should have called a foul. He then asks why I did not call a foul. I explain to him why I did not call a foul. He disagrees with my decision and continues yelling at me in disagreement. I pull out my yellow card and card him for dissent. I point to his sideline and ask him to leave the field since he was just carded. He then begins to yell at me for showing him a card. He gets closer to me and continues to yell at me about about what he believes is a poor decision for not calling a foul and now showing him a yellow card. I blow my whistle loudly, step back, and tell the player no more or he will earn a second yellow, while I signal no more for everyone else to see. He continues to argue and again steps closer to me. I tell him to leave the field, again blow my whistle loudly, and again tell him no more while signaling no more for the crowd to see. He continues in disagreement. I pull out my yellow card again and show Bryan Valance-Perez a second yellow for dissent and then a red card for his second yellow. |

As soon as the whistle blows to end the game I walk to the goal area. Two Highland players come by to show good sportsmanship and shake my hand. One Ogden player also makes his way from midfield. I stick out my hand to shake his assuming he is also there to show good sportsmanship. He declines the offer to shake my hand and begins to tell me how wrong I am to show his teammate a second yellow resulting in a red. I begin to tell him why his teammate was show the two yellow cards resulting in a red. He disagrees and continues to tell me his opinion. Not happy with my decision and seeing the conversation is not changing the cards he decided to end the conversation with "your bullshit". I blow my whistle and show a red card to Mads Dalbram for language. |

At the 12 minutes of the 2nd. half that game, this player ran after, and tripped, one opponent player, who had clear opportunity to gol score. I blew the whistle, stop the clock, showed him the red card and sent him off that game.
NOTE:The Ogden HS head coach gave me a roster that shows the #5 for Bryan Velasco Perez, but during the game his jersey was #15. Just to make Shure, I asked to A. D.Shawn MacQueen and he confirmed the name of the player who was ejected. |

At approximately 7:00 minutes left in the I talked to #77 of the Ogden team Hayden Furgeson and to a captain for the team #4 and said to both that Hayden was doing an illegal leg whip that he had been doing for most of the game on an intermittent basis. His leg whips were not connecting with anyone and but still not legal.
I was talking to both and said that the leg whips would show up on tape. Hayden said that the leg whips would show up on film and he should not be throwing them. The conversation was Me "Your Leg whips will show up on tape and and they could hurt someone. Hayden said " So will your Fucking officiating!. At that time I Flagged #77 for Unsportsmanlike Conduct and turned to report the foul. After reporting the foul I turned back to the team at that point #77 said " You're not going to call that Fucking foul on me. That's Fucking bullshit" . He then charged me with his teammates restraining him. I gave him a second UC Foul and told his coach that he had ejected himself from the game.

3rd Quarter around 6:00 mark
I called a foul during a loose ball in front of Ogden's bench. I went to report the foul and while doing so, Ogden's coach was just a little bit out on th floor yelling at my partner about something that had happen either prior to or during the loose ball. After reporting the foul, he then starting yelling at me about our officiating. I held my hand up and told him that was enough. He continued to yell as loud as he could. I gave him a technical foul. He continued to yell. As I was grabbing my whistle for the second technical, he looked at me a said "Go ahead and do it." I then gave him his second technical and ejected him. He stormed off the floor yelling explicit words and kick open the door as he left the gym. |
