| Danielle Corral | October 14 | Babe J. De'Wolf | In the 37th min. of the 2nd half, #13 of Gunnison Valley took a hard shot on goal . GK/#13 of Utah Military Academy attempted a save , but the ball ricocheted off her body. Both she and the attacking player scrambled for the ball. #13, the attacking player reached the ball a split second before # 13, the Goal Keeper, who still attempted to gain possession of the ball. The attacking player shoots and scores in the 38th minute. #13 Goal Keeper stays in a squatting/sitting position after the shot. I stopped the clock, to check for possible injury. As I approach and address GK/#13, she Says " I hate this F---ing game" (directed towards no one, and not especially loud). As she still did not get up, I inquire "Are you Ok? Are you injured"? F----ing no, I'm not OK !,( she loudly directs at me.) I had the ball and she F---ing Kicked it.! I informed her that not only did she not have control of the ball prior to the shot being taken, but that her Language was unacceptable, and she would receive a Card. She immediately jumped up, obviously unhurt, and just before I displayed the Red Card , said " F--- You! And Fu-- this game. I displayed the Red Card, and booked her. The assistant Coach walked her off the pitch, a field player took her place, and the final 2 minutes of the Match was played. In review with My AR, Honas Busk, he was in agreement with all aspects of what had transpired during the above play and event. At the Matches end, the Coaching Staff of Utah Military Academy shook my hand, Thanked me, and apologized for their player's language and behavior. | ||

| Head coach James Petereson | BoysBasketball | 2017-01-06 | Larry Fullenwider | The head coach of the Utah Military academy was ejected. The coach was not happy about a no call that we had on the baseline with 20 seconds left in the 4th quarter. He and I had a talk earlier in the game of when it was appropitate to talk with the officials and when we could talk. He then called a timeout and we had a chat about the game and explained a few things to him. He had already recevied a Technical Foul earlier for screaming at the officials because of a foul that we did not call in the timely manner he expected and despite the fact that the foul was called for his team he continued to yell at my partner and I. He then received his First Technical Foul and was told that he lost his privleges to the coaching box and needed to sit on the bench. He then during the 4th quarter got off of the bench walked out onto the court as we attempted to go on with the game. When he came out and off the bench onto the court screaming and yelling he was tossed out of the game. The Coach then would not let me proceed forward to the table and made physical contact with me by bumping into me to impede my progress going to the table. After I asked him to leave he screamed more and was asked again to leave and was still attempting to prevent me from reporting the Technical Foul. While he was screaming at me he was raising his shoulders at me and sticking his chest out in a threatening manner. The Altamont adminstrator escorted him out of the building to the bus and told him that he was done and informed me that he had called the county sheriff to make sure that he was not to come back into the gym. | |
| J.C. Douglas | Softball | 2018-04-17 | Steve Webb | After the Academies third batter, North Summit came and said the batter was out of order. She should have been the sixth batter. I called the coach over and we had to call the batter out for being out of order. Two innings later, another Utah Militaries batter was way out of order. Calvin and I called both coaches over and the books keeper to straighten it all out. The Utah Military Academy wouldn't settle down and choose to be rejected. She was less than polite to listen and help us get it figured out. Apparently, the head coach wasn't there and the assistant gave us a different lineup that the coaches record keeper put down on the book. Where they had there was "a failure to communicate!" |
