Preferred Qualifications: Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level. Proven ability to develop players, structure a successful program, and foster leadership skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with strength and conditioning programs for basketball athletes. Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
