Please read before submitting

1. For events held only on school days for any of the participating schools, competition may start as early as 3:00 p.m. if no school time is missed for any participating school for competition or travel, otherwise no event may start before 4:00 p.m.

2. For events held on a school day, for any participating school, and non-school day(s) for all participating schools: there is no start time requirement provided that no school is missed for travel on the day prior to the first day of competition by any participating school and participation occurs on no more than one school day.

3. For events held only on non-school days for all participating schools: there is no start time requirement
