UHSAA Deadlines - 9/24/2015
Schools, please be aware of these upcoming dates:
Annual coaches pass corrections and exchanges can be done free of charge until October 1st. At that point all changes will be charged as a new pass ($30). To order additional passes please email submit@uhsaa.org. Exchanged/correted passes should be mailed back to UHSAA (199 E 7200 S, Midvale, UT 84047)
Fines will be sent to schools whose head coaches have not completed their rules clinics. Please check http://www.uhsaa.org/training to ensure your coaches are listed. Failure to complete the clinic after the first fine is sent will result in an additional fine. Annual dues and fees form must be submitted by October 1st. The form can be found at http://uhsaa.org/annualdues/ - Schools that have finished the form are listed at http://uhsaa.org/dues/
